This is the first time I am participating in Muffin Tin Monday! I’ve been following the Muffin Tin Mom over at Her Cup Overfloweth for quite some time now, reveling at the super cool things these moms do with food for their kids. My kids are picky eaters, and I have always felt that presentation is key when feeding fussy kids, or when getting them to try new foods. So, I thought I’d give it a whirl!
Today’s theme was foods that your child is thankful for. I explained to Buckaroo what I would be doing for his lunch and asked him to choose some foods he loves the most. This is what he chose:
Chicken Nuggets–French Fries–Ketchup (counts as a veggie in my book!!)–apples–mini chocolate chip banana muffins–and, of course, juice!!

my mom used to make us these kinds of lunches when we were kids and called them 'cupcake lunches'. My 4 year old gets one EVERY DAY!
