~ I am a huge Jennifer Aniston fan. I envy so much about her, particularly her taut figure. Recently, I read about the release of her trainer, Mandy Ingbers, new workout DVD called Yogalosophy which combines yoga poses with traditional toning exercises for a full body workout.
